Our success is largely due to our unique grading belts. Uniekum purpose-designed these belts to ensure the grading of optimal-sized potatoes, as well as extremely careful treatment. Not to mention high grading capacity.

Uniekum offers an option of different designs for different potato varieties.

Experience has shown that potatoes are less likely to be damaged when the speed of each grading belt is regulated seperately. That is why Uniekum graders are hydraulically driven an why each hydraulic motor has its own speed control.

As a result, the machine operator has complete control over the grading process. Which means that when you grade a potato variety that damages easily, you can adjust the speed of the machine to suit this variety and thus prevent any unnecessary damage. And flexible speed control ensures maximum capacity.

Uniekum graders consist of individual modules. These different modules ensure that we can design and build a grader according to your particular needs and specifications. The modular design also ensures easy expansion in the future. You can add a washer/dryer unit or an extra sizing unit at a later stage.
